staying real : i've left the building

People,

I was going to put a few inconsequentional items in here to fill the next few days with posts...but I can't do that to you. It'd just be fluff, and no one wants that unless it's paired with peanut butter in the middle of a sandwich.

It's not that I haven't had time to blog, it's that I've reallocated my free time into moving and repairing cars and moving again and repairing cars again and unpacking and unpacking and unpacking and tracking down my mail which has been circling the state (that is a post in and of itself) and shooting weddings and editing pictures until I thought I saw a cow who came home. So there has been time...I've just used it on other endeavors.

One of them has not been showering, as evidenced by this picture taken at Hour 12 of the post-processing party:

I'm now heading off to New Jersey to second shoot my last wedding of the season so the airwaves will continue to be dead here for the next couple of days. But I won't leave you completely empty-handed! In the meantime, please feel free to go wander over to the football for normal girls blog, where there is a deluge of information to equip you with everything you need to know to conquer the first week of the regular season. The women in your life will be frightened. The men will be in awe (and probably a little frightened too). And you'll be hooked on football for years to come! It's a win-win-win all around!

And if you check out the latest post, you'll even find a list of recipes that will make you a fan of football just for the culinary opportunities alone.

True story.
